Aromas: Aromatically, it reveals a bouquet of red and black fruits such as cherry, strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry, interwoven with hints of spices like licorice, pastry notes of cake and croissant, and subtle undertones of orange peel, ginger biscuit, and toast.
The winery manager and his team of experts select excellent quality red wines and quiet wines from some of the most coveted Champagne vineyards to find those flavours and characteristics that perfectly express the style of Veuve Clicquot Rosé. Veuve Clicquot Rosé is the result of the mixture of grapes of between 50 and 60 different crus, and consists of up to 45% of reserve wines. The cuvée, based on the traditional Yellow Label mixture, is mixed and completed with pinot noir wine, which reveals its aroma of red fruits, sweet and strong. 3 years of ageing in our crayères is what gives champagne its silkiness. It contains sulphites.
