Venus, a wine by Venus La Universal, is a blend of Cariñena and Syrah, embodying femininity and earthiness. It is a juicy wine crafted to complement Mediterranean cuisine. The grapes are sourced from four old Cariñena vineyard plots with clay-calcareous soils and a Syrah vineyard with granitic soils. The grapes are fermented separately with wild yeast and macerated for about 28 to 32 days before aging in 4,000L wooden tanks for 20 months. Venus consists of 50% Cariñena and 50% Syrah, offering a harmonious blend of mystery, seduction, and balance.
