Rosé is an innovative way of expressing the personality of Livio Felluga's terroir, perceptible at first sight.
Vinification: the bunches are harvested in boxes to avoid maceration and then carefully destemmed. Then, the fruit is gently pressed. The must obtained is left to sediment and then fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature and partly in terracotta containers.
