Grape variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Picolit
Colour: bright yellow well sustained.
Nose: intense, opens with white flowers and bergamot peel, evolves with fruity notes of yellow peach and melon with sweeter aromas of pastry, caramel and dried figs; blooming and rewarding. Pleasant balsamic notes enriched with boisé, the vanilla notes create a fresh and elegant aroma.
Palate: enveloping, full of surprising freshness and complexity: vanilla, pastry cream, fruit compote, sweet wood and amaretto mix wonderfully with citrus and balsamic notes of lime, rosemary and sage. Tasty and juicy in its evolution, beautiful, elegant and persistent.
Created by the children Livio Felluga to commemorate his 85th birthday, Illivio reflects the personality of the "Patriarch" of the family, joining strength with elegance.
The grapes are carefully destemmed and left to macerate for a short period of time. Then they are gently pressed and the must obtained is settled and fermented at a controlled temperature in small French oak barrels, where it ripens for about ten months.
