ACOS, 2008

€45.25

Th 2008 ACOS has an intense cherry colour, with purple edges.

On the nose it is powerful and complex, with notes of black and red fruit, violets and undergrowth, combined with spicy notes, cloves and light cocoa. In the mouth it is wide, sweet, with a good body, intense with polished tannins and good acidity that gives it freshness. In the end, the concentrated black fruit highlighted with an acidity that gives it freshness, leaving an aftertaste of aromatic herbs, very long and persistent. A large wine from a small vineyard in Ribera del Duero. A pleasure to discover.

The elegant Ribera del Duero of Viña Sastre. A pleasure that awaits to be discovered.

Acos was born with the intention of being the modern brother of one of the great wines of Ribera del Duero, Regina Vides de Viña Sastre.

In 2006, a vineyard was chosen at the foot of a hill called Acos, which until then had been part of the coupage of Regina Vides, one of the best Fine Ink vineyards in the region, to breed it in the Bordeaux style, with measured French wood.
